Article, Opinion & Paper Submission Guidelines
CEO Q invites consultants, entrepreneurs,
executives, professors, researchers, educators and authors to submit
practice-based articles. CEO Q welcomes original research,
practice-based white papers, case studies, unique insights, best practices
advice, field lessons and useful management frameworks.
All accepted papers are
automatically entered into CEO Q's
with a chance to win one of the most prestigious awards. The
competition is judged by professionals from relevant industries and a panel of experts
assembled by CEO Q. One winner
will be chosen and up to 9
management papers will be selected for an honorable mention.

Paper Format and Style
The preferred article format is the CEO Q white paper format.
CEO Q white papers provide businesses and government leaders with a list of
questions, terminologies and discussion points that can be used to address
emerging challenges and opportunities. CEO Q white papers are succinct work
documents designed for problem-solving and communication by the leadership
team. Depending on the scope of the paper, the document structure may
include three to five sections:
A statement of the challenge or
Analysis of root-causes
and underlying forces
A checklist of best practices for solution
implementation and change management
Notes and resources.

The paper must not be
oriented towards self or business promotion. The editorial must be
written in third
person. Authors may include only a one time text reference to the name
of the author or company and email address in the author bio section
(but no other place in the paper).
Each paper should provide a clear and concise message/story with analysis
of events and their outcome (when applicable).
All submissions shall summarize findings,
recommendations and insights in bullet-point format.

non-exclusive license with the right to sub-license others, use and
publish the intellectual property without payment of
fees or royalties.

CEO Q Magazine reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, correct,
or summarize any article to fit the editorial guidelines and space.
For example the editors may remove self-promotional text ( e.g.
"great" product or "excellent" service), commercial references or
competitive statements from any article as they see fit.
How to Submit:
All submissions must be in Microsoft Word or RTF format
An article should be submitted electronically as an attachment to an
e-mail cover letter. The
e-mail cover letter should include: The names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of all authors.
By submitting and article for
publishing you the author(s) and/or author's agent grants CEO Q
to use and publish the submitted paper in any and all formats."
